We can also manufacture extra pins for your excavator thumb. Keeping an extra pin is a great idea to keep on hand in the event you break one. You can build the thumbs and the pins with all of the best materials, but the pins can and do break. There is so much pressure but on the excavator pin that after years of continual stress, they can break. Keeping an extra pin or two on hand ensures that your machine stays productive, even if you break a pin on a job site.
Pins for excavator thumbs can vary in thickness and in strength depending on the size of the machine. Manual thumb pins do not need to be as strong as a mechanical thumbs pin does. But still, if a pin breaks on the job site, the machine is no longer able to be productive, so keeping a spare pin or two on hand is cheap insurance.
Backhoe pins, and mini excavator pins may need to have some modifications to them so it is best to call us and find out a price for your machines pin.

Excavator bushings come in many sizes and depending on the machine you have, and the year it was made, the pins or bushings may have changed. Some of our competitors will sell you a pin with a stack of washers in place of a a bushing, and that only leads to more problems in a very short time.
Get a new bushing or a complete set of excavator bushings for your machine before the stock ones wear out.
